Queue Management
Electronic Queue Management Systems
A modern solution for organising visitor flow.
An electronic queue management system (QMS) is a combination of hardware and software that organises the reception of visitors from registration through to completion of service. Instead of a physical queue, clients receive a ticket and wait comfortably to be called.
How it works
1
Registration
The client approaches the kiosk, selects a service and receives a ticket with a queue number and estimated waiting time.
2
Waiting
The client waits in the seating area. Current numbers are shown on the display board in real time.
3
Call
The operator presses the call button. The client's number and counter appear on the main board and the counter display.
4
Service
The client approaches the counter. The system automatically records service time and statistics.
Results after implementation
- Reduced perceived waiting time and client frustration
- Even workload distribution across operators
- Detailed service statistics for management
- Improved client satisfaction and NPS
- Ability to prioritise VIP clients
